We are a small hobby farm located in Rainier, Oregon.  We are between Portland and Astoria on HWY 30.  The goats have been a hobby of mine since I was 6 years old when my family purchased a goat to clear the brush around our property.

In 1979 I purchased 2 nubian does as I wanted to breed and show.  The nubians were a bit loud and eventually went by the wayside when I puchased a purebred alpine.  She became the start of my alpine herd.

Hoodview's Laura *M produced many sons but only 2 daughters in her lifetime.  Isaak's William was used extensively in a local Washington herd and I kept ++*B Rainview's Sebastian for use in my herd.  Sebastian earned 2 GCH legs and many RGCH awards when shown.

Now the herd is basically American Alpine.  I purchased a Fir Ridge (Sodium Oaks Sasin breeding) buck many years ago that made a big impact on the style of animal I was breeding.  I currently own a buck out of Serendipity's Topper/Tempo/Kickapoo blood lines.  Cash has done very well in the show ring in 2009 and has produced many stylish doe kids this past year.  2010 CASH JUST FINISHED HIS PERMANENT GRAND!  The junior buck in the herd is *B Tempo Aquila Maccherioni.  He will be used throughout the herd for fall 2010.

The herd is a hobby so I try to keep the number of goats down.  Many times I will have a doe or doe kid for sale.  If interested just give me a call or send me an e-mail.

The herd tested CAE neg. 2010.
